Scholarships

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

First Year Students:

Any student who has completed the first semester of a Tennessee accredited dental hygiene program working towards licensure as an RDH, and who is in good standing for enrollment in the fall is eligible to apply for the 2006 TADH scholarship as a first year student.

Second Year Students:

Any student who is in good standing during their last semester of study and is expected to graduate and be eligible for licensure as an RDH at the end of the Spring semester is eligible to apply for the scholarship as a second year student.

Advanced Degree Student:

Any Tennessee licensed RDH desiring to study for an advanced dental related degree (either BS, Master, or Doctorate) who is currently enrolled in a program of study and is in good standing is eligible to apply for the scholarship as an advanced degree student.

Since 1986, the Academy has given more than $25,000 in scholarships to dental hygiene students.

Applications

Applications are available for first and second year dental hygiene students and those seeking an advanced degree in dental hygiene.

All applications must be received by April 22, 2006

Incomplete applications will not be considered
